These terms govern your use of ToolGhost (www.toolghost.com). By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our Services

ToolGhost provides free online tools, including calculators, converters, PDF and image utilities, and AI-assisted generators, along with guides and articles. Most tools can be used without an account. AI-powered generators require a free account, because each generation uses paid processing. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time.

2. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us if you believe your account has been misused. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the tools for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful;
  • upload files you do not have the right to process, or that contain malware;
  • generate content that is abusive, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights;
  • overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the website or its services, including through automated requests;
  • attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access.

4. Your Content

You keep all rights to the files and text you use with our tools. Many tools process files entirely in your browser. Some tools send your input to third-party processors to work: PDF to Word and the Video Converter use CloudConvert, and AI tools use Google Gemini. Our Privacy Policy explains this in detail. Do not submit confidential information to tools that use third-party processing unless you are comfortable doing so.

5. Tool Results and AI Output

Results are provided "as is" for general information. They may contain errors, and AI-generated content can be inaccurate. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them. See our Disclaimer for health, financial, and AI-specific notes.

6. Intellectual Property

The ToolGhost name, logo, website design, code, and original articles belong to ToolGhost. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not copy, resell, or republish our tools or content without permission.

7. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The site relies on third-party services and may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolGhost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its tools. The services are free and provided without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
