About Video Converter

The Video Converter changes a video from one format to another, for example MOV to MP4 for wider compatibility. Upload a file (MP4, AVI, MKV, MOV, WebM, FLV, WMV, OGV, MPEG or 3GP), choose the format to convert to, and download the result when the job completes.

Conversion is performed on a server by the CloudConvert service, because transcoding video is too heavy to do in a browser tab. Your video is uploaded for processing, so only use it with files you are comfortable sending to a third-party conversion service.
